ESO’s October 2024 Daily Login Rewards Are Here, and Players Are Not Impressed

Another month, another round of daily rewards, but this time, ESO fans are feeling less than excited.

Bethesda has unveiled the daily login rewards for October 2024, packed with seasonal Halloween-themed furnishings, crafting boosters, and PvP currencies to get players ready for Update 44. But instead of excitement, players are questioning the value of these rewards, with some labeling them as “uninspired” and “lackluster.” Items like the Vampiric Brazier and Soul-Shriven Robed Creature seem more like recycled content from past events, leaving long-time players wanting more.

Items such as the Vampiric Brazier, Taloned (Day 4) and the Soul-Shriven Robed Creature (Day 14) are back again, leaving long-time players wondering if there’s anything truly new. Here’s a look at some of the key rewards:

• Day 4: Vampiric Brazier, Taloned × 2
• Day 5: Vampiric Mirror, Standing × 1
• Day 6: Vampiric Goblet, Full × 4
• Day 7: Gravestone, Cracked × 3
• Day 14: Soul-Shriven Robed Creature × 1

Beyond the spooky decor, players can also snag some Research Scrolls (Days 16-19) to speed up their crafting in Blacksmithing, Clothing, and Woodworking. The Luminous Ink on Day 21 is the standout for crafters, especially with the Banner-Bearer Grimoire on the way in Update 44.

To close out the month, PvP fans will receive 2,000 Alliance Points and 1,500 Tel Var Stones (Days 29-30), just in time to make use of the new battlegrounds introduced in the update.

Despite the backlash, Update 44 is still generating anticipation, set to introduce new battlegrounds, companions, and the highly anticipated Banner-Bearer Grimoire. However, the community remains divided on whether the rewards this month are worth the login effort.
